Types of Pronouns!
There are several common forms of pronouns and they are listed below:
1. Personal Pronouns: I, you, me, she, he, they
2. Idefinite Pronouns: somebody, anyone
3. Reflexive: myself, himself, themselves
4. Possessive: his, theirs, ours
What about Antecedents?
Antecedent: a noun or a noun phrase to which a pronoun refers
-They usually precede the pronoun though they can follow the pronoun
-Pronouns must agree with the antecedent with number, person, and gender.
Ex: The President prepared his speech for the inauguration.
("his" in this case is the pronoun refering to the antecedent "President")
